Nearest place within a distance, a count of places, or park area. Mark each one a must-have or a nice-to-have.
When a brand isn’t in the area, use the substitute you named. The result always says so.
Five metro areas today. Outside a coverage area, we tell you so.
Every answer is stamped “place data as of” the date behind it.
HOW IT WORKS
Add up to 25 addresses you are weighing. Each one is placed on the map so you can confirm it is the spot you meant.
Choose the places that matter and how close they need to be. Mark each rule a must-have or a nice-to-have, or start from a template.
Pass · 0.8 mi to nearest grocery
Every address gets Pass, Tradeoff, Incomplete or Fail, ranked in one table. Open any address to see the nearest matching place, its address and its straight-line distance.
Export the check as a PDF with a numbered map, the ranked table and a section for each address.
WHO IT’S FOR
Hold every site you’re weighing to the same neighborhood rules, such as coffee close by or a park nearby, and see which ones pass.
Example · Workflow context — not a customer story

Use one set of rules for every proposed site, so each owner, partner or region gets the same answer for the same address.

Pass: the address meets your rules. Tradeoff: it meets your must-haves but misses a nice-to-have. Incomplete: data needed to answer a rule is missing. Fail: a must-have is not met. Fail outranks Tradeoff, Tradeoff outranks Incomplete, and Incomplete outranks Pass.
Up to 25 addresses in a single check, all tested against the same rules.
You can name a substitute for a brand rule. ConstaSite uses it only when you have said so, and the result states that a substitute was used. It never swaps a brand silently.
No. Start from a template and adjust the must-haves and nice-to-haves to fit your question.
