HOW A CHECK WORKS

From a list of addresses to a decision you can defend

Write down what a good location needs. ConstaSite holds every address to it, the same way, and shows its work.

  • List up to 25 addresses you are weighing.
  • Set must-haves and nice-to-haves, such as a grocery store within 1 mile.
  • Get Pass, Tradeoff, Incomplete or Fail for each address, with the nearest match and its straight-line distance.

Questions, answered

What does a check answer?

Whether each address you list has the places you asked for nearby. You set must-haves and nice-to-haves, such as a grocery store within 1 mile. ConstaSite returns Pass, Tradeoff, Incomplete or Fail for each address, with the nearest matching place, its address and its straight-line distance.

Which areas are covered?

Place data covers five metro areas today: Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Atlanta and Phoenix. If an address falls outside a coverage area, ConstaSite tells you so instead of guessing.

What is straight-line distance, and why use it?

It is the direct distance between two points on the map, not a driving or walking route. It is the same for every address and easy to check, so results compare cleanly. ConstaSite always labels distances as straight-line.

What happens when data is missing?

The address is marked Incomplete. ConstaSite never turns missing data into a guessed Pass or Fail, so you can see exactly where the gap is.

Can I share a report?

Yes. Export any check as a PDF and send it the way you already share documents. The report includes a cover, a map with numbered pins, the ranked table, a section for each address, and a data and method page.

How do I get access?

Request a walkthrough by email and we will show you ConstaSite on the places you are weighing. Accounts are available to approved users. Self-service sign-up is not open yet.

Is there a free plan?
